Noble Nest restaurant and not only...

Noble Nest community

Archi and Kamila.

So, perhaps I start with the fact that until recently the center of attraction of Noble Nest was a wonderful old man, an old-timer of Chaporа village - Uncle Archie. In spite of all sorts of controversy which as it should occur where there is a payment in cash and the provision of restaurant services on credit everyone without exception with warmth and respect  belong to the old man! Archie without offence the rest of the Indians, not just once surprised his guests with that generosity and selfless attitude which can be rare in the Indian businessman!Archie  always had regulars (we too are part of) whom he bribed  with his trust and attention as well as a sincere interest and concern to his visitors. Early in the morning he met guests with fresh Herald in his hand and  dedicated us to all the vicissitudes of Goan life. But always the most popular part of time was the night. After siesta restaurant and Archi came alive opening its doors to old friends and new acquaintances. Oh, how many unforgettable moments was born under a palm canopies Noble Nest! Thank you Archie, we love you and we gonna love you forever because such impressions and feelings that we experienced in the shade of your restaurant it is difficult to overestimate.

Anna and Nazar.

Now let's move on to those who can be described as permanent residents of Noble Nest.  I want to start with our friends from Sweden excellent married couple Anna and Ludwig. These are some of the first hippies  populated the promised land in the 70s. Anna is calm and tactful as the Snow Queen. Her stories about travels and adventures have always fascinated the audience. Relaxing quiet voice with huskiness, graceful and always filled with significancy gestures and a rare sense of humor-that's what distinguish  Anna from the multitude of visitors.

Ludvig.

By contrast to Anna, the emotional and over-tolerant Ludwig. His thoughts and emotions are always ahead of his ability to bring anything interlocutors. This is the real Goa-people but it is not the same concept in which it turned today.

Mattias and Kamila.

Matthias is from Germany and just about him you can say " life and soul of the party. He got clear glance  with a sly squint look and with uncommon sense of humor accompanied by shouts  the origin of which are still remain a mystery. For example his famous "Paa" or "Faa" meaning both "Come on, are you kidding me?" and "Oh, fuck." His whims were always with humorous subtext, thereby they uplifted spirits  even those who came to the after-party.

Jacob and Nazar at Luisa`s.

Jacob is from the Netherlands and he`s got  truly genuine European mentality. Always neat and ready for the madness in the framework of Western morality. The man the entire nature of which tends to break out of the shackles of dress-codes and behavioral norms. But he did not break down those dogmas which he imbibed with mother's milk of Europe. He is not looking for the golden mean he is in fact measure the pros and cons. That is why  Jacob always induce mixed feelings at the people most sensitive and susceptible.

Nikalas and Kamila. Always fun!!!

Absent in body present in soul- I want to propose a toast for a friend who died so prematurely. It is  Niklas from Sweden. It's hard to believe, but when Niklas was in high spirits the tavern hounds gathered in  Noble Nest on purpose  to charge the positive and joy that carried Nicolas!  He has repeatedly declared his attitude to life as «My way is highway». And these were not just words he went through the life with unprecedented speed and burned as brightly as the New Year's fireworks. Such people like Niklas (once Visotskii – great Russian poet, singer and actor sang " I did not have time to live... I need to finish my song at least… ". His account on facebook still exist and nobody doesn`t raise his hand to remove him from friends. Niklas will remain for us joyous and optimistic with a capital "O".
